After sitting in my chair and reading for a solid one hour and forty-five minutes, I’d say hardcover, with photographs occasionally, maybe $40 US? I’d buy it for sure, and I have a number of friends that would love to receive a book for your poetry for birthdays. Please, please, please do it? And make it postable to Australia?
